After reading all of the reviews on here I was a little nervous about getting this mouthguard. I just got it and it was very very easy to get a good fit. Very simple fitting instructions, seems other people had trouble but they must be stupid or cannot follow simple instructions. The mouthpiece is comfortable for working out, and with it being on the lower teeth it makes it easy to drink water while having it in. I have nothing bad to write about this product and it has helped a ton to keep me from grinding my teeth while working out.

The dentist suggested it for teeth grinding at night. Once I got the right size (returned/exchanged without hassle)-it worked great!

This product provides the protection of a mouth guard and the ability to talk almost perfectly which is perfect for non-contact sports. I tend to bite down when I play sports and workout but this mouth guard allows me to still trash talk a little. Excellent buy
